The Douglas Center "Art From The Heart" Creations line of greeting cards are now available..just in time for the holidays! These beautiful cards are hand-made by program participants of The Douglas Center. The product line includes Holiday, Birthday, Thank You and All Occasion theme categories. Each card is heartfully embellished in a variety of beautiful and unique materials giving it a three dimensional effect. The cards are blank inside to accommodate your personal note. The back of each greeting card carries a quote 'From the Artist' by the program participant that created it. Every card and envelope set is individually packaged in a clear plastic sleeve.

Art From The Heart" Creations is a program participant-based business launched by The Douglas Center. This program provides program participants with "hands-on" experience in the creation, production and selling of their own products. This venture offers participants living with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities the opportunity for the development and training of marketable skills needed for their business while producing products for sale. The product lines include mosaic wall art and decorative art pieces, jewelry and greeting cards. Each beautiful art piece is created from the heart by a Program Participant of The Douglas Center and enables them to earn income from the sale of their artwork, attain a sense of accomplishment, self-esteem and assistance in achieving greater independence in life. PLEASE NOTE: A portion of the proceeds of these art creations goes directly to the program participant that created it.
